LIKA is on the subsidiary of L'AMY , which is one of the biggest french frames manufacturer. LIKA markets the 5 house brands of L’AMY (Jura France)

Turn over : 8 M€ / 15 employees

> Recruited to restore the profitability of the house brands business

–led a general S.W.O.T. analysis of the firm before restructuring it

–improved the profitability of the products portfolio by defining a new product policy and implementing a new assessment of the sourcing in order to achieve a 80 % margin

–managed the human resources, resulting in a decrease of around 75 % of the workforce

–collaborated with the French sale representatives and supervised the export department

BOURGEOIS SA is a lenses and frames manufacturer and a public company in France

Turn over : 12 M€ / 250 employees

> Strategic planning

–developed a new B to B marketing plan with opticians based on a new client service program

·frames division : restructured the product mix by targeting design and luxury products, partially outsourced the production to Chinese suppliers (decrease of around 50% of the manufacturing cost within 2 years)

·lenses division : focused on customer support (setting up of call centers, promoting a technical support to optimize the choice of lenses, drawing up of information materials to assist the 1500 customers)

> Reorganization of the frames and ophthalmic divisions

–played key role in the lenses division reorganization (closed two factories, managed several dismissal procedures of about 200 workers with collective bargaining)

–sold the contact lenses division (selling price : around 10 times the profits of the division)

> Lenses and frames division management

–directed the export department (established sales goals, negotiated distributorship agreement, revitalized sales) export sales rise of more than 30 % in 4 years

–defined the investment strategy (defined the investment policy which amounts to around 200 K€ per year, prepared invitation to tender, analyzed return on investments)

–oversaw quality management (ISO 9001:1994 and 2000 certifications for medical equipment)

I am currently looking for a position of executive manager.


I am looking for a position of executive manager mainly in an industrial firm everywhere in the world. My experience is focused on business recovery and relies on an ability to quickly detect and solve business or financial issues. I am able to define and implement solutions in firms under pressure or which face strong difficulties. I am available right now. I do have an 11 years experience in business management: first as consultant for a worldwide consulting firm and lately as CEO of lenses and frames manufacturers in the French Jura. I operate at a strategic level and I am used to working across varied disciplines such as economic, legal, and human resources. My functions included strategic planning, reorganization of strategic business units, administrative management, and human resources. I focused on new product policies, project management and human resources, which were the key conditions of the successful reorganization of the firms I led or counselled. I graduated from the Institut d Etudes Politiques of PARIS (major in Finance) and got a master in Business and European Law at the Sorbonne University.
