  • Led concert bands that have consistently received "Superior" ratings (highest) at competitive festivals as well as one  "Excellent" rating.
  • Led Marching Band that have received 2 "Bronze" and one "Silver" rating at the NJMEA State Marching Band Festival.
  • Led band program awarded with two citations from the City of Garfield citing the level of excellence and contribution to the community.
  • Led In-service grant writing workshop for teachers focusing on DonorsChoose.org.
