I am ready to serve in a field that uses my talents, but also helps to make the world a better place. I have been very involved in my church, and my heart is with missions. My goal is to work in a Christ-centered environment that exhibits His loves and perpetuates His grace.

I am a multimedia journalist that has worked in the broadcasting field since 2005.

I recently took a a leap of faith and entered a new career path by joining Compassion International. However, for 7 years, I was a certified meteorologist and reporter for KXRM Fox21 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

I am skilled at video and picture editting, enterprising stories, and gathering film as a "one-man band." I also use corporate social media outlets to communicate stories of interest appropriately to the public.

Communication is the key to my job. I write, shoot, edit stories as well as present and produce weather graphics and forecasts to the public. This unique mix of responsibilities requires me to be extremely versatile.

I am also in charge of building and maintaining various contacts around the state. I work with press releases daily, and I use this information to generate unique stories for the public through numerous different media outlets.

I am also a scientist. I have a degree in meteorology and was awarded the Certified Broadcast Meteorology Seal from the American Meteorological Society in 2010.
