Effectively formalized the newly created position of Sales Manager, implemented the re-emergence of company sales training, goal setting, sales accountability, and Realtor relations. Initiated a formalized company sales training program resulting in substantially improved mystery shopping scores and increased closing ratio.

Obtained Florida real estate license; completed over 140 hours of continuing education and certifications while closely monitoring state housing market trends and statistical data. Initiated Realtor/Builder referral program. Directed the purchase and build-out of a private warehouse investment, and managed additional portfolio assets.

Successfully created and re-launched homebuilding sales, administration and construction operations for this semi-custom homebuilding company. Immediately increased sales volume 89% inclusive of an 11% revenue increase per unit, and establishing housing gross profits averaging 26% per unit. In just 6 months, remodeled/reopened two model homes, and instituted a new product offering with value engineered floor plans/specifications, which accounted for 40% of written revenue during balance of fiscal year ($9.116 million in revenue). Revamped marketing materials created a standardized process that enabled the division to perfect construction techniques of each plan and control construction costs.
