About Matthew Hulse

Matthew Hulse is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office who presently serves as the director of patent transactions at the Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, California. He took on this position after spending three years with Intel in the role of senior litigation counsel. Prior to joining Intel, he provided patent litigation services at law firms such as Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, in Silicon Valley; Townsend and Townsend and Crew, LLP, in both Palo Alto and San Francisco; and Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP. Matthew Hulse also previously served as a product support engineer for Santa Clara’s Applied Materials, Inc., where he participated in the New College Graduate Training Program and engaged in extensive international travel. In addition to his professional responsibilities with the Intel Corporation, Matthew Hulse maintains membership with the California State Bar. When he is not working on patent matters, he enjoys leading an active and healthy lifestyle by playing soccer and swimming with his children. An alumnus of Stanford University, he also likes to follow Stanford Cardinal football.
