My company, SPX Service Solutions, is contracted by Ford Motor Company to author the workshop manuals for the 2013 vehicle lineup. I work on a team that receives cases about errors in the manuals. I will research, talk to other technical authors, call engineers and consult automotive technicians to make sure my corrections are accurate.
