  • Develop & implement 20 year capital construction/replacement program (Aggregated budget of $203M);
  • Develop & implement system wide preventive maintenance program; 
  • Design and synthesis of the future distribution system (ie. integration of Smart Grid technologies and embedded generation).
  • Preparation of a detailed Asset Management plan for filing with the Ontario Energy Board.
