Responsible for management of 390 Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) throughout the USCENTCOM area or operations. Prioritized and scrutinized requests to maintain integrity of the network. Created, updated and closed all ASI trouble tickets using BMC Remedy. Followed up with ASI manager and commercial vendors to close tickets in a timely manner.
Leveraged wide variety of technical skills to manage 45 Gb Defense Information Systems Agency Tier 0 network architecture. Directed troubleshooting, restoral actions and reporting of over 1000 trouble tickets at the strategic level for the $222M/45 Gb bandwidth Department of Defense Information Network. Coordinates with outside commercial vendors and Government agencies for USCENTCOM area of operations tier 0, tier 1, and tier 2 reporting.
