Communicating with guests across various media including phone calls, email, text messages.
Providing in depth knowledge and personal recommendations to guests regarding local restaurants, events, tours, museums and transportation services.
Maintaining and the Business Center and assists with such services.
Coordinating with the Front Services team and Front Desk Staff regarding luggage delivery and storage.
Additional duties: Trip planning, insuring correct billing for outside services, maintaining and updating the in house reservations data base(Concierge Smart) that provides billing slips and guest confirmations.
