Personal statement

Having just returned from backpacking around Europe for 3 months I am looking forward to getting back into the workplace with my new found confidence and ability to remain calm under pressure. I am looking forward to building on my  experience that I gained while working at Sainsbury's.

Time Management

During my studies at Hopwood Hall College, I had to revise and perform many different classes. I had to prioritize the tasks in order of most important and revise/perform them first to make sure that they were done to the best of my ability.

While gaining my Fitness Qualifications I had to lead 3 fitness sessions a week in front of groups of 10-40 people. This helped me gain valuable communication skills as I had to get across what I needed out of the participants and how they were going to benefit from my instructions.

In Secondary school I was captain of the school football team. During this role I had to decided who played best where or who worked well together so that the team was a success. It taught me how to organise a team well to make the most of the teams ability.
