I am currently working as a territory manager with New Zealand Movers. I manage the whole Auckland region. When a client is looking at relocating I go to their home of office and use a consultative selling process to ascertain what services may be required. As there is fierce competition in the moving industry I have to use my personality to make my self stand out from the crowd. Once I have won the sale I then manage their shift through to completion.
I worked in sales and customer service at Brand Developers, trading as the TV shop. While I was there I broke a record for the most sales in a single 8 hour shift, with my sales totaling $36,985.70. My customer service work required me to liaise with customers throughout Australasia to solve their issues. We worked to KPI's on a daily basis.
I am also an actor. I have played many roles in film, television and theatre. I consider my acting skills are very beneficial to my work in Sales and Customer Service . I was a Volunteer Fire Fighter in the New Zealand Fire Service I enjoyed being part of a dedicated team responding to emergency calls to help the community.
