Throughout all of my previous jobs, my main driving goal has always been to provide exceptional customer service and an excellent experience for those I have served. Through the years I have developed several defining skills which set me apart. Here is a short list of those skills:

  • I am a highly effective communicator. I am comfortable presenting a topic in front of large groups, or in counseling clients one-on-one during a Seller or Buyer Presentation. I am also highly effective in converting prospective clients to closed deals, either from internet leads, cold calling, or database referencing
  • I am able to earn the trust of clients to assist them with their needs. I ask questions to help me determine exactly what a client needs, and how best to service them. I am always prompt in my responses to inquires, as well as on time to appointments. I always fulfill my promises to clients. I maintain professionalism and confidentiality with the personal information given to me by each and every client to maintain their security and my integrity.
  • I am successful in completing tasks and accomplishing goals.  In each of my professions I have exceeded goals either placed on me and my team, or set by myself to track my progress.

Responsible for assisting clients through all aspects of a Real Estate transaction, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing homes for sale for seller (internet presence, video profiles of home, open houses, direct marketing to agents active in the area)
  • Assisting Seller in getting home in best possible sellable condition
  • Assisting Buyer in locating a lender if needed, and not already accomplished
  • Searching for and scheduling showings for Buyers
  • Researching past real estate transactions to properly price homes for the benefit of client
  • Writing, submitting, and following up with any and all contract offers and counter offers
  • Scheduling inspections and following up with inspection reports for repairs in the time allotted by contract

  • Consistently and Routinely make contact with my past clients and sphere of influence (SOI) to maintain front of mind presence as go to for Real Estate
  • Regularly contact and develop relationships with companies and individuals in and around the Real Estate industry to promote referral business, as well as to aid my clients and SOI with potential needs as they arise.
  • Market my services directly to owners attempting to sell their home on their own, without the assistance of a Realtor to gain their business in selling their home and purchasing their next.
  • Hosting Open Houses for my listings, or the listings of co-workers, to meet potential buyers, and going door to door of neighbors of the Open House inviting them to the open house to meet potential sellers
  • Going door to door of a specific geographic region and introducing myself to home-owners and presenting them with useful information, such as current market analysis of home or subdivision, in order to be front of mind when home-owner is ready to move
  • Hosting First Time Home Buyer seminars
  • Volunteering to host VA Loan seminars at local VFW, American Legion, Reserve Units, and National Guard units for veterans and active reservists


  • 106 (and counting) successfully closed Real Estate transactions
