Matt Gresge, President of office product manufacturer TOPS Products, has held high-level executive positions in the business services industry for more than 24 years. He received his Bachelor's degree at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Finance and earned his MBA with a focus in general management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Matt Gresge also attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied finance.

Matt Gresge joined RR Donnelley, a $10 billion office products and services company, in 1987, ultimately rising to an executive leadership position at the industry leading firm. In 1999, Gresge served as Sales Director of the Internet start-up NewlineNoosh, Inc., which pursues a mission of streamlining the commercial printing industry in the United States. He was in charge of recruiting, training, and leading a 30-person team in this role. Matt Gresge launched the organization’s Chicago office and landed the company's largest client.

In 2002, Matt Gresge joined Moore Corporation Limited as Senior Vice President of Sales of the $2 billion publicly traded company, which prepares, prints, and delivers information for publishers and businesses. In this position, he led the corporation's North American sales team, which was comprised of 1,200 employees in the U.S. and Canada. Matt Gresge's positive sales results helped the company during its merger with Wallace Computer Services in 2003.

As Vice President of Sales of World Color Press Inc., also a $2 billion publicly traded company, Matt Gresge worked on the integration of Rand McNally's printing operations, boosting sales by 20% per year. The company is part of the Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts Co. portfolio and was acquired by Quebecor, Inc.

As President of TOPS Products, which partners with major office products resellers and retailers, including OfficeMax; Office Depot, Inc.; and Staples, Inc., Matt Gresge leads daily operations and creates strategies to improve company operations. He joined the company, which distributes, sells, and manufactures products to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and China, in 2003. Since joining TOPS Products, Matt Gresge has tripled revenue, and he led the 2007 acquisition of Cardinal Brands, Inc.
