  • Responsible for all production. Improved efficiency for all production.
  • Panels built went from 1.25 hours/panel down to .75 hours/panel.
  • Gates went from 8 hours per gate down to 6 hours per gate saving 2 whole hours of labor. 
  • Designed new assembly jig for panels to increase productivity and maximize space.
  • Thought of new additions to products to increase the User Experience.
