Speciality desk for deep issue analysis and system resolutions, it provides a link between the helpdesk and the system issue resolutions and programmers, as well as acts as the technical supervisory desk for the Sabre agent use of the System.
Second level analysis of issues that cannot be resolved by the fist level software analysts in Sabre.
Backup for Airline Services (issues between airlines and travel agents) and Associates (issues between car vendors, hotels, criuses, etc with travel agents) through the system.
As a secondary mandate, provides input to the training teams for first level training and ocasionally provides training.
