*Review Daily ToDos and check Campaign Output to determine what is required for QA
*Check DB Conversation Thread, ToDos, Email, and/or HipChat for any prioritization of QA
*Communicate directly with PMs and JMs regarding instructional and/or criteria changes specific to QA
*Attend any meetings requested by the PMs and JMs specific to projects and/or Team changes
*QA all records required to the specification of the PMs and JMs for each project assigned
*Complete QA within the timeframe requested by the PMs and JMs
*Complete the QA Report per the specification of the PMs and JMs and post to the DB Campaign Conversation Thread
*Complete all ReQAs based on the process identified by the PMs and JMs
*Respond to any additional request presented by the PMs and JMs for clarification and completion
*Attend and Assist QA Manager with any special projects if requested
*Assist QA Manager with training new QA Officers if requested *Attend Individual Meeting with QA Manager when requested
* Undertaking the responsibility of leading different client based projects.
* Maintaining communication and correspondence with various clients via different communication media.
