Over twenty years of experience in telecommunication market, working in Brazil Telco’s (Embratel and Telesp Celular) and suppliers (Lucent Technologies, CedarPoint Communications, Telmar) sides, having played technical and managerial roles. Managing multi-nations teams, typically from 10 to 100 tech/engineers, to complete projects on target under controlled budget for Brazilian projects and international projects on site (China, India, Venezuela, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico and USA). Analyze needs of each Project in order to allocate the right resource (fully skilled) to accomplish the target. Support logistics team to deliver all the material allowing a flawlessly deployment process. Previous technical (Support Engineer) work included programming tasks in Unix/Linux environments and network protocols analysis.
