HR Advisor: Responsibilities: Provide professional advice and assistance to employees and managers on policies, procedures and a variety of matters relating to personnel and employee relations Evaluate, make recommendations and inform management on complex personnel issues and problems. Conduct special studies and investigate individual or group employee concerns, such as those involving work conditions, services, policies, or facilities and recommends appropriate action Educate other HR staff about HR Services to ensure consistent and equitable application of HR policies and procedures Work with managers to resolve issues related to employee performance and ensure that the performance management cycle is adhered t Identify and recommend new policy or program initiatives designed to enhance delivery and quality of service Manage, amend and update client contracts, addressing any pay increases or contract extension Handle emergency situations of employees. Provide advice to employees and family members and ensure that they are aware, understand and adhere to the KAUST code of conduct. Manage direct reports by providing the necessary tools and support. Establish clear direction, prioritize programs, assign and delegate responsibility.
