I want to develop skills that will help further my practice in Nutritional Sciences and Pre- Physical Therapy, and one day obtain a job as a Physical Therapist.
I am interested in Nutritional Sciences because nutrition has always been an important part of my life. In high school, I was a cheerleader; therefore, I always had to be fit to be able to carry out the activities that were required of being a cheerleader. I knew that to be fit I had to exercise almost everyday, and eat healthy because a person's diet is one of the main parts of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
As a cheerleader, I endured many injuries throughout high school, and that is what inspired me to be interested in the field of Physical Therapy. I learned how important physical therapy is throughout the healing processes that I endured. I know that without physical therapy my bones would not have healed properly.
I plan to obtain my degree in Nutritional Sciences and go to Physical Therapy school to eventually become a Physical Therapist.
I have experience in child care with numerous families. I am currently a babysitter for a family in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
