About Mary-Laura Greely

A corporate lawyer and partner at Brown Rudnick LLP, Mary-Laura Greely devotes her free time to civic and charitable endeavors. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Citi Performing Arts Center (known as the Wang Theatre), which includes the Emerson-Colonial Theatre and the Shubert Theatre, located in several of Boston’s most iconic venues. Furthermore, Mary-Laura Greely draws on her experience representing clients in the health care industry in her role on the Board of Overseers of Children’s Hospital Boston.

Mary-Laura Greely also serves on other boards due to her interest in preparing tomorrow’s women leaders to meet the challenges of their field. In addition to lending her considerable experience to the Board of Leaders for 2020 Women on Boards, she has served on The Commonwealth Institute’s Advisory Board and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce's Women's Advisory Board. A member of The Boston Club for senior women executives, she has also been a member of the Nominating Committee of the New England Womens' Leadership Awards. As an extension of her commitment to future generations of women professionals, she maintains her relationship with The Winsor School in Boston, having served two terms as a member of the Winsor Corporation and as a class representative, reunion committee member and Alumnae Board member.

Mary-Laura Greely joined Brown Rudnick LLP in 2011 and continues to serve as a partner in the firm and general outside counsel to clients from the health care and health care technology industries.
