Served as an internal consultant to clinics to improve customer service scores and team dynamics.  Created customized interventions for various clinics and central departments. Organizational Development and Labor Relations Specialist

Organizational development and management education for all CHW Southern California Hospitals in an environment of active labor union organizing. Strategized with hospital executive teams and conducted training to prepare leadership teams for upcoming organizing activities and elections.  Developed communication plans and created communication materials.  Conducted an HR reorganization and restructuring encompassing all of the CHW Southern California hospitals.

St. Mary Medical Center

Director, Human Resources (2 years 10 months).  Director, Education (3 years). Responsible for all aspects of people services for a 450-bed acute-care hospital with trauma center. Co-led the JCAHO accreditation effort that twice resulted in accreditation with commendation.
