I have experienced the joys and challenges of being a progressive leader in education. From my first day in the classroom, to the last day I walked out of central office, I always had one eye on where we were and one eye on where we could be. This dichotomy continues to inspire me and energize me into action. Along the way, I found colleagues who shared my passion and we sustained each other as best we could, but we often felt alone.
This was when I found my true calling; providing support to progressive educational leaders who will transform their systems and their schools into environments where adults and children alike, flourish. Leadership may be lonely, but no one should have to do it alone.
