TUCSON, ARIZONA Sr. Director, Business Development & Marketing An independent, quasi-government nonprofit organization that provides air service to the southern Arizona community Developed new brand, web site and marketing campaign to promote the airport assets, including air service as well as business development planning for commercial real estate development. Negotiated with airlines to develop new service opportunities. Hosted press and other media events to highlight new or expanded service Managed all media and community relations. Created award-winning campaigns in social media, international presentations and advertising for the organization.

ARIZONA Communications Administrator A government municipality that provides programs and services to nearly 44, 000 residents As the communications administrator, I was responsible for all communications both internally and externally on behalf of the Town, including strategic communications planning that incorporates media relations, publications, speechwriting, event planning and management. In addition, I work with a diverse population base, facilitating a dialogue between the Mayor and Councilmembers as well as the Town administration on a variety of constituent issues.

Public Relations director, I was responsible for new business development, strategic planning and implementation of communications plans for real estate and development clients; smallbusinesses; local government jurisdictions; and professional associations. Under my direction, the PR team implemented several award-winning media campaigns, garnering publicity for several events, including the opening of the Oracle Crossings shopping center in Oro Valley, and the announcement of a $1 million low-interest loan to benefit Habitat for Humanity. Provide consultation and implementation for public relations initiatives that included special events, sponsorship research and coordination and community outreach.

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE Director of Marketing & Public Relations A cultural entertainment complex hosting over 300 events per year in a 1, 200-seat performing arts facility. In my first year at The Grand, I developed a new lecture series during the season kick-off, which saw growth in subscribers of more than 200% in just three years. I re-developed the organization's Internet presence with the design and implementation of a new web site that provided a point-of-purchase outlet. In its first year the site saw more than 1 million page views and sales in excess of $100,000.

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE Assistant Vice President A Fortune 500 major banking and credit card company with offices and major holdings worldwide. Developed, communicated and implemented a unique voluntary employee incentive program which achieved 35% company-wide participation in the first year. As part of my marketing responsibilities, I designed a new employee orientation package to promote special benefits to employees. Developed and managed marketing programs for transportation services provided by the State, including working with marketing firms for the development of advertising, brochures and othersupport pieces. Developed the agency's annual marketing plan, arranged and gave presentations in the business community and at conferences, and handled press conferences, including media contacts, and wrote speeches.
