  • Rebranded and realigned product portfolio of a newly acquired $50M Danish subsidiary of a $500M Belgian broadband networking company (BARCO Communications) which was subsequently acquired by Cisco.
  • Drafted a border security products business plan involving broad international market research, product feature planning, risk analysis and budgeting resulting in the adoption of the plan and resulting business growth from $4M to $6M in product sales.
  • Co-Chair and founding member of the Identity Council of the Smart Card Alliance, an association promoting industry and government awareness of personal identity information systems and related technologies.
  • Created overall go-to-market strategy for industrial automation software/hardware supplier resulting in the launch and sales growth of two product lines within 6 months under budget and on schedule.

Product Marketing/ Product Management

  • Successfully launched InSight™, the flagship telecommunications messaging platform for Comverse within the North American and Central/South American markets.
  • Directed the launch of over 30 computer networking hardware and software products in various technology industries. These efforts typically resulted in 15% - 35% increased sales revenue.
  • Instituted a comprehensive overhaul of inter-departmental Product Management processes which established and formalized pricing methods, ROI, competitive analysis, MRD/PRD tools to drive product development, resulting in a 20% reduction in internal cost due to efficiency gains.

  • Orchestrated the transformation of five marketing departments over 13 years, flexibly adjusting staff, resources and budgets to best fit the demands of corporate missions and business strategies.
