Summary

Teaching organizations how to extract, store, maintain, retrieve and share data, information, and knowledge in the most efficient manner possible utilizing emergent technology and best practices. Evangelize Web 2.0 technologies (i.e. folksonomies, social networking, media sharing, wikis, blogs, synchronous conferencing, etc.) to facilitate collaborative and synergistic environments. Host study groups and act as a liaison between end-users, managers, executives, and technologists to best understand requirements, explain capabilities, offer solutions, and implement feedback. Speak and teach about the Web 2.0 paradigm shift and it's implications within need-to-know organizations as they transition toward a need-to-share culture.
