An international businessman, Martin Mieloszyk speaks English, Polish, French, and Russian. Educated in the best European universities, including Paris-Sorbonne University, one of France's most prominent institutions, he studied communication and Slavic studies. He also studied at the University of Oxford in Great Britain, where he earned a Master of Computer Science in Programming and Software Engineering, and at the University of Warsaw, where he earned a degree in economic sciences with honors. After completing his academic training, Martin Mieloszyk moved to New York City, where he continues to live today.In New York, Martin Mieloszyk began his career as a Regional Manager at Porsche Cars North America, Inc. He later worked at First Allied/Wells Fargo Bank, where he first managed public relations, then investment banking. In 2004, SSMC Bank welcomed Martin Mieloszyk as its Chief Corporate Officer. In this position, he developed new mortgage business for new purchase, refinance, construction, and home equity loan clients, as well as the secondary market. In addition, Mr. Mieloszyk handled public relations and built a positive image for the company. Most recently, he acted as President of L'Marc International, Inc., heading the corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Division.Outside of his career, Martin Mieloszyk enjoys practicing his saber and épée skills. He also regularly participates in Kendo tournaments. Based on traditional samurai sword skills, Kendo is a form of blade-based combat. In his spare time, Martin Mieloszyk also enjoys various winter sports, and in the summer he likes spending time in the sun, scuba diving, boating, water skiing, bicycling, and jogging. He also remains active within the Polish American community, serving on the board of the Polish & Slavic Center.
