Managed and coached project teams of up to 80 consultants.

Key Accomplishments:

  • Nurtured business relationship at Dana Corporation that enabled portal to integrate information and systems from shop floor to the boardroom, with project serving as impetus for $5 million inbooked business and $2 million in add-on revenues.
  • Spearheaded portal concept business development activities for domestic and global sales spanning Washington, DC to Seattle, WA, as well as Germany, Austria, France and England, with confirmed Q3/Q4 service sales of $1.9 million.
  • Developed methodology for implementing “new concept” corporate enterprise information portal that sold to $14 billion automotive supplier and $1.2 billion global consulting firm within 3 months.
