Sales Operations Analyst EMEA
- monthly sales reporting for CEMA region (sales, marketing, CRM)
- various ad-hoc projects across region (GoDirect, market models, therapies models, margin/mark-up analysis, contest evaluation, ...)
- Monthly reporting package in MS - SQL + Tableau to streamline and ease reporting process. Package includes reporting for CEMA sales teams and also dashboards for marketing teams. It connects data from GSR, finance data from CMR (originally RPT) and CRM data from SFDC.
- Patients treated calculation - originally project only for SI portfolio done in cooperation with region marketing leads and global office. Due to its success, it is extended to other business units - RMS, GIH, RCS.
- Go-direct projects across EM - close cooperation with Project Management team and local Business leaders. Mostly support with data analytics in Tableau.
- DSM EMEA - development of tool together with SA Manager for disease state specialists and also for leadership to support VBH development especially in Western Europe
