  • Maintain integrity of the network, data, server deployment and security.

  • Ensuring network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with all technical specifications, assigning routing protocols and routing table configuration.

  • Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.

  • Proactive monitoring of all network devices, services, firewalls and servers using a combination of tools to ensure high availability.

  • Ensuring that  service level agreements with external service providers are in place, executed and adhered to, to ensure 100% systems  up time
  • Champion in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans.

  • User accounts Creation, change, and deletion in the Breft, CBS,emails, access control and other systems as per  request.

  • Identify user needs from time to time while ensuring they are solved.

  • Provide on-demand support for end user issues relating to network performance and availability.

  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users; computer hardware, software, cabling, and printers network
