As a member of the Nottingham Rowing Club High Performance Junior Squad, I train up to eight times per week. I achieve the balance with education through excellent time management skills.

Communication

Peer Coaching Course. Explored different ways of assisting those with a variety of issues, and gained a greater awareness of being conscientious and how best to approach those in need.

Sports Leaders Programme. Involved teaching young children a variety of sports and the importance of keeping fit.

Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award. Rewarding experience as was able to show strength and determination in completing all aspects of the challenge.
