Marlo Ward

I am an experienced teacher of varying subjects and grade levels who is passionate in my belief that EVERY student can achieve; there is a place for both standardized testing and a challenging, creative, and FUN learning environment.Students should be active participants in the classroom; I accomplish this by relating the material to their lives and by creating a cooperative classroom culture. In addition, I am a highly organized, skilled communicator and an energetic team member who effectively collaborates with other staff and administrators. I combine a zeal for teaching with a genuine interest in making a positive impact on students in our community.
