I have an extensive 5-year Human Resources background with job responsibilities which extends from Recruitment to Compensation and Benefits and to HR Management Information. I am currently connected with InterContinental Hotels Group. I started my employment last June 2007 and was the pioneer Compensation and Benefits Specialist of IHG-Baguio. The highlights of my tenure include policy making and creation of the Revised IHG Philippines’ Employee Guidebook being used by the Manila and Baguio Reservation Offices. More recently though, I transferred to the Americas-Distribution Marketing Department and is now holding the position of Channel Marketing Coordinator for Hotel Brands. My job responsibility includes online marketing collateral placement and updates of Marketing Campaigns for all the InterContinental Brands around the world. My qualifications also include a Supervisory/Management tenure for a world-class Real-Estate developer in Baguio City, Philippines, CJH Development Corp. under the Fil-Estate Development Corporation, which developed and is currently over-seeing the management of the whole Camp John Hay Estates.
