Our IT environment is fast-paced and extremely demanding…Lee’s quiet, positive demeanor combined with her strong work ethic is truly enjoyed and respected by everyone at this hospital…She has been the glue that has held our Helpdesk together and kept it going strong

Lee worked directly for me for over four years…her calm demeanor and positive attitude made her very popular with our end users…was always willing to learn something new…Lee was a great team player with a personality and work ethic that made her a valuable part of our IS department.

Andy Kelly

Lee has provided technical support for Johnson & Johnson clients at the Lancaster, Pa. site for 3 years and I have had the pleasure of managing her for 2 of those years. Lee’s professionalism, technical expertise, and commitment to customer service are directly responsible for IBM exceeding all service levels at that site. This is not an easy task as Lee is the only technician at that location and supports over 200 clients. Aside from personal observation, I have received very positive feedback about Lee’s performance from peers, J&J clients and J&J management. Lee is self motivated, needs little direction, and upholds the high expectations from the clients as well as for herself. She is clearly a person who goes above and beyond the requirements of a position and would be a great asset to any team.
