Mark Zhuo is currently the Logistics Manager of the Global Sourcing activities for the FIAT China office. Prior to this position, Mark Zhuo was the Logistics Manager for Alcatel Shanghai Bell (2004-2008). Mark joined the ASB as the Logistics manager for the telecommunication export project. He was assigned to Africa (Angola and Nigeria) for two years to execute the logistics operation as the country manager and lead a team with the members from both China and local employees. Mark managed a team of logistics professionals to ensure the export projects shipments are delivered to the various customers on time. His team was also responsible for the analyzing the performance of the 3PL to ensure compliance, implementation of corrective actions and saving cost target. Prior to joining the ASB, Mark was the logistics specialist in the JV of Alcatel and Shanghai Bell from 1999 to 2002. Mark owns a Master Degree in Transportations Planning and Engineering (MSC) from the University Of Southampton (UK) and a Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management from Shanghai University, China.

Lead Asia Pacific supply chain activities, including packaging evaluation, logistics cost calculation, logistics flow modeling, order fulfillment and transportation.
Support of Low Cost Country (LCC) export projects to FIAT Group European and American manufacturing centers.
Coordinate the operation & logistics activities between the Chinese suppliers and the FIAT Plants. Regular communication with suppliers on production capacity and Plants on planning to ensure the shipments on time delivery.

Coordinate the suppliers and identify the potential risks to supply chain to ensure the successful on time delivery.

3.Improved external and internal customer service in all aspects of operation. Customer satisfaction (On time delivery, Goods avoid damage, Track and Trace) levels up 25% for all four years at the helm.
4.Coordinate the supply chain to shorten the time of delivery, and then succeed in saving RMB 1 million by using sea freight instead of air freight in Cambodia project.
