Worked with AEGON Division General Counsel to maintain division objectives, provide reliable legal consul. Critical player in litigation process including: document production, privilege review for lawsuit, evaluation of company advertising/ marketing materials for legal compliance for national marketing offices in MN/ WA. Compliance advocate for Division with Patriot Act, money laundering prevention rules and OFAC requirements. As Director of Marketing, spearheaded Bankers United website project and project managed ongoing enhancements to improve consumer experience.

1997 - 2000

Manager, Project Development, Financial Institutions Market

Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Company

$2.3M first year sales, $1.6M for key relationship with First Union (Wells Fargo) by execution of strategic marketing plan for sale of long term care insurance products to financial institution customer base. Supported relationship management via sales tracking and lead generation reports. Helped produce turn-key presentation: recorded voice-over of podcast-style "freeway learning" long-term care insurance agent audio training enabling nationwide representatives to conduct long-term care insurance seminars independently.
