  • Hired by PE group for structured turn around or spin-off of Portfolio Company.
  • Responsible for P&L, strategic direction, evaluation of acquisition candidates, support sales, marketing, advertising, logistics and new channels of revenue. 
  • Created “Caption Smart, Captioning Simplified” branding
  • Led business expansion opportunities within existing accounts and new business opportunities
  • Wrote all work contracts and proposal development including closing 1M contract for CNN Latino
  • Created marketing plans for SaaS technology and Cloud Computing; Workflow, DAM and MAM
  • Recruited representatives to effectively sell business solutions to clients
  • Oversaw project and management  teams; and delivery experience driving business requirements, identifying gaps and omissions, and designing solutions
