My education, training, and social service background over the past 10 years has produced ever-increasing success in collaborating with organizations of all types. I have developed effective education, career development, outreach, and training programs, and implemented them by building and using regional partnerships.

My professional agility has allowed me to work comfortably side-by-side with private industry, education, social work, and government professionals. My history of designing systems and programs that educate people and market programs is entwined with a strong desire to improve my corner of the world, whatever corner that may be.

·Successfully wrote $80,000 grant application resulting in the merging of goals of a private for-profit, two government organizations, and an educational institution.

·Designed and Delivered all the job search technique workshops offered by the employment department of Clackamas County, OR during the Great Recession. (Over 2500 hours.)

·Created, recruited for, presided over, and executed activities of two grassroots organizations resulting in the creation of marketing campaigns, tutoring programs, and publicity events that benefited churches in Niagara Falls, NY.
