Project Manager  04/2008-05/2009Served as Project Manager charged with resolving issues for Global effort that ensured Sarbanes-Oxley ( SOX ), Public Company Accounting Reform Compliance. Project required systems modification and Program Management for all other global regions.• Delivered a completed project that had previously been 11 months behind schedule, resulting in the avoidance of a non-compliance citation and fines for the North American market.

Managed the research and documentation of the core processes of how data was delivered to the Consumer Websites.  Responsible for the resourcing of subject matter experts where required during the engagement.  Other responsibilities included the scheduling and facilitation of the process definition, analysis and development.  The new process resulting in an automated solution proposal that streamlined the four source organization’s data delivery, reducing time-to-market from 14 days to two days with increased accuracy.

Managed development of a number of processes that facilitated and managed transition from a single vendor web development model to a multi-vendor development model for consumer facing websites.
