Managed 95 business learning events, a project team of 8, and a budget of $280,000. Exceeded 100% of project objectives 2 months ahead of schedule. Created project work plan, schedule, benchmarks, curriculum, marketing materials, and stakeholder reports. Developed and facilitated train-the-trainer events, and provided on-going support to project team. Coordinated project details across numerous public, private, and government sectors simultaneously. Marketed project events to businesses using news interviews, press releases, social media, email, and flyers. Recruited community partners, non-profit groups, and local businesses to sponsor project events.
