Built strong, lasting relationships with customers, providing sales training and support to personnel at all levels from store management to corporate buyers, sales managers, and business owners.  Consulted with senior management in product development of various cardio products including software, bio-mechanics, and cosmetics. 

  • Assisted in development of Virtual Reality Programs - the most advanced treadmill programs still exclusive to PaceMasterTM - using distance-based programming.
  • Managed the two largest accounts for PaceMasterTM in the U.S. out of three account managers, posting a 145% increase in my accounts over a two-year period.
  • Established and managed relationships with Runner's World, Consumer Reports, Consumer Digest, the LA Times, and other industry leading publications for Treadmill and Elliptical reviews, and frequently achieved the highest reviews in the fitness industry.
  • Developed dealer sales training programs that grew business for all the company's accounts.
  • Created Point of Sale (POS) posters, hang tags, and counter stands to tell the story and sell the product using key advantages of the PaceMasterTM brand.
