Successfully steered full lifecycle product marketing management, developing and implementing strategy for enterprise mobility management solutions, including VMware’s AirWatch, Good Dynamics, Samsung KNOX and Apperian MME portfolios. 

  • Drove rapid expansion of market for flagship offerings – AirWatch and Good EMM Solutions, expanding market reach by 20% within 90 days, within federal and state government sales channels.
  • Successfully launched enhancements to AirWatch, significantly increasing market penetration.
  • Achieved 50% increase in revenue, Q2 2014, for AirWatch, equivalent to $8M+.
  • Played a key role in AT&T achieving recognition as AirWatch’s largest reseller through the provision of support to Sales and Sales Overlay team to drive key new logo wins.

Conceived and implemented strategy and successfully managed product development and life cycle of new cutting edge mHealth products, including service operations design, new feature launches and product to product migration. 

  • Created innovative ideas and led development and marketing of AT&T Managed Tablet offering, directed at Physicians and Clinicians requiring secure mobile access to clinical IT systems.
  • Developed unique offer concept and strategy for new product supporting Pharma and CRO organizations clinical trials.
  • Successfully steered development and launch of a new mHealth platform cloud and backend HIT/EMR integration engine, allowing for secure storage of PHI data and flow across multiple device types and systems.

Successfully led all aspects of product marketing and development of AT&T’s International OPT-E-WAN Wide Area Switched Ethernet Service across EMEA, AP and CALA, including managing initial launch and full lifecycle. Additionally held project management responsibilities for domestic OEW service. 

  • Provided strategic support and leadership to Segment Marketing, Sales and associated factories on deployment, features and functionality, pricing, revenue and demand analysis and forecasts.
  • Successfully contributed to accelerated time to market play and key contributory role in the development of a variety of Interim Mode of Operation capabilities such as In Country/In Currency Billing, OEW Ethernet Gateway and 10Gbps Customer Interface.
  • Led key feature/functionality enhancements for OEW service including Per Packet Class of Service (PP CoS), Ethernet WAN Gateway, and IPAG LNS Out of Region Ethernet solution in support of Mobility
  • Coordinated team in obtaining MEF 9 and 14 certification enabling AT&T to become the first provider with Layer 2 wide area switched Ethernet network certified globally.

Led SBC’s switched Metro Ethernet product development and marketing management, conceiving and implementing dynamic strategies that drove market penetration and revenue growth. 

  • Successfully launched Customized Switched Ethernet Service (CSME), growing market penetration and product portfolio by 40%.
  • Developed alternative deployment strategy, significantly reducing infrastructure costs by $1.7M.
