Manages resources, timeline, scope, and budget of eLearning multimedia development projects in a client-facing role while managing a portfolio of accounts that includes major US pharma companies such as BMS, Bayer, Celgene, Merck and Pfizer, reporting to the project director. Each project ranges between 100k and 500k.
- Led and pioneered the subsidiary's first annotated reprint iPad app project (for BMS' Erbitux brand) and conducted the subsidiary's first in-depth post-mortem analysis based on lessons learned from this project.
- Successfully delivered a major project for the development of an e-learning program tied to the summer 2012 US launch of Bayer's Contour NEXT series of blood glucose meters.
- Heading a developmental project for a comprehensive global training program (training needs analysis, e-learning, user guides, workshops) tied to Merck's launch of a new Product Management Registration system.
