Over the last 18 years, Mark Andronico has gained extensive professional experience in hospitality, restaurant, and sales management. Even before his first managerial role, he worked for years alongside his father as a teenager at A&A foods, a San Francisco-based, family-owned wholesale food distributor serving elite restaurants and hospitality providers such as DiMaggio’s, Sabella’s, Ernie’s, Scoma’s, the Fairmont Hotel, St. Francis Hotel, and Mark Hopkins Hotel. Andronico has since developed expertise in sales and marketing, team building, operational management, and professional leadership.Mark Andronico currently serves as a consultant to the owner of Cliff House Restaurant. Prior to this role, he spent two years in the employ of Race Street Foods, Inc., where he served as a sales representative based in San Jose.Previously, Mark Andronico worked in managerial roles for several other companies and organizations, including a role as Regional Operations Manager of the San Francisco branch of Pizza Hut, General Manager of the Food and Beverage Division of Stanford University, and General Manager of the Food and Beverage Division of Morrison’s Gardner Merchant for ABC Studios. He has also completed training and seminars from notable individuals such as Dale Carnegie, Tom Peters, and others.
