Globally responsible for deploying and running the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12) and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce.com), along with the Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting environments (Tableau and Crystal Reports).  Manages 8 employees along with a team of international consultants.

Served as the Business Analyst lead for the company's ERP system. Designed, planned and implemented the software to track and store inventory, resulting in zero lost shipments over 2 years.  Architected, planned and implemented the business dashboards reporting system to enable real-time access to the company's data.

Information Technology lead for the Master Data Management(MDM) team focusing on standardizing customer data and customer creation/order entry processes through Lean events and Six Sigma methodologies. Led an international team of three people from requirements gathering through project completion creating a business-enabling external customer website generating $750K of revenue annually. Planned, designed, and implemented an online freight reporting/payment system yielding $650K in annual savings. Led an offshore team of four people that optimized and enhanced a web-based salesperson variable payment tool that reduced sales force turnover and eliminated 1400 hours of manual processes annually.

Planned, coordinated, managed and executed the transfer of a $50 million business across three countries generating $2.2 million in annual savings and revenue. Measured, analyzed, and identified non-value add production processes which eliminated 300 hours of engineering time and $400K of waste annually. Led a cross-functional, multi-national team to combine two Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) business systems and legal entities into a single system.

Signal Officer

US Army, 101st Airborne Division

Designed and implemented the only security compliant network infrastructure during Operation Iraqi Freedom, which is currently the network security standard for deployed units. Planned, installed, operated, and maintained 35 servers and 5 classified networks which provided communications to over 21,000 people in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Led a team of 12 people through a deployment in Iraq.
