I am currently employed in the IT department at a private school. We serve approximately 865 K-12 students and 100 faculty/staff. My role at the school is to support all areas of technology, not only by installing and maintaining computer and network related hardware and software, but also by instructing users on how to get the most out of the equipment and specialized software currently in use on campus. I am presently enrolled in the graduate E-Learning program at North Carolina State University where I hope to apply what I am learning by creating online teacher training modules for our school and by aiding the faculty in using new technology and Web 2.0 tools in their instruction.
