I like to keep a positive work environment no matter what the overwhelming stress comes along. I am a problem solver, I do not complain about what is lacking but rather focus on what is needed to get the job done. I worked in several small businesses and I am use to wearing several hats, so taking on responsibilities that are beyond my original ones is the norm.
