Other duties include:
  •  Consult on or facilitate troubleshooting activity on non-outage ARs due to customer escalation Monitor/Track all customer SLA/KPIs as it relates to maintenance services and develop improvement plans when appropriate Participate in customer maintenance technical forums Ensure ARs are solved and closed per customer approval Manage network problem activities from point of escalation to resolution and follow-up.
