Public Relations & Communication Manager
Design and supervise the communication plans, for Primary Care, Central Nervous System and Corporate- with both an internal and external focus. Provide support to the Business Units in all of their communication and events needs, for public outreach around promotional messages, enforcing and maximizing the effectiveness of the designed actions
Participate in the management of the marketing program, of three different Business Units.

Professional Relations with Medical and Scientific Key Opinion Leaders
Serve as primary contact and manager for firm's public relations agency coordinate the firm's printing and vendor relationships as they relate to communications, supervise the firm's graphic design needs including coordination with external designers and agencies
Develop relations with media and serve as firm media contact, maintain fact sheets and press releases for media consumption
Responsible of Internal Communication both at local and global-local level, manage employee communication program, which includes a newsletter, translate and distribute global communication and undertake media training for staff
Responsible for the implementation at a local level of the internal communication actions related to the integration processes in which the organization has been involved during the last 3 years, liaising with the Vice President of Communication at the Headquarters and Human Resources local
Corporate Communication, manage the creation and completion of corporate communication material for top management on corporate topics. Examples are: speeches, presentations, press releases and reports. Liaising with top management, at national and international level to ensure that the local strategies are homogeneous and consistent with the global company ones
Crisis Communication Management
I also have an extended experience as Travel and Event Manager, acting as Purchasing Manager in the Travel Area, negotiating contracts and coordinating the planning and organization; producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets); securing and booking a suitable venue or location;preparing delegate packs and papers; coordinating everything on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly;post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).
