Sr Admin Assistant/Customer Service Supervisor

Initially hired as an assistant manager, providing administrative duties and special tasks to 4 district managers and accountant. Quickly promoted to Sr. Admin Assistant/Customer Service Supervisor.

  • Responsible for the development of Standard operating procedures (SOP’s), RFP and EOI
  • Assist in Sales and Marketing programs and presentations
  • Managing the day to day operations of the customer service department and sales coordinators team
  • Ensure the proper and timely information flow between CSR, operations, finance and admin support
