My responsibilities include but not limited to: Answer phone calls Help guest answer questions in regards to certain vehicles they inquired about Translate to Spanish speaking guest Send emails Reply to text messages from guest Set appointments for guest to meet with sales associates Create files for any new guest that come into our showroom floor Follow up with guest after their visit with us if they did not buy try to see what happened Conduct phone calls for all guest that have purchased with us to get feedback from their experience.

Make sure the shelves are stocked at all times with out products so the items are available to our guest

Give positive feedback every time to motivate the team to do better every day they were scheduled to work. Make schedules Hire new team members. Let go of those low performers who were not part of our vision Making sure food orders were done promptly. Do inventory twice a month. Do two audits at the middle of the month and end of the month. Turn in reports on a monthly basis. Conduct evaluations with my team members as needed. Set the company standards/ lead by example. Share our vision with all employees so they knew what was our focus. Have meetings daily with my managers and another one with my crew.
